im buying the 400 watt hps for my 1st grow i already have the dual spectrums feel they juss dont cut it so im gettin the big boy you think itll be good or bad?? an im already in flowering with topp 44 an some bag seed (med grow) but anyway juss post anything helpfull about anything dont have to be about the light juss good o'll advice :blsmoke:
 
I wouldn't waste the dough on the bulb, just go with a regular hps bulb.. You will basically get the same results
 
If you can afford it I would go with a 1000 watt hps cause your gonna be addicted to growing and just end up buying one anyways
 
nothing wrong with dual specs....cuts the stretch............try 12-12 from seed , you should pull 11/2.2 oz dry per plant
 
is that the good thing with them i did like 2 months veg with 18-6 and i wish i had the dough for the 1000 watter shit im thinking its gonna be hard to vent from all the ppl sayin its hard an this an that
 
i use a 400 with a euro reflector and 600 with diamond reflector.............i have a 4 inch and 5 inch ruck fan pulling out and my cab is 1.2m x 1m x 1.4 hi.........i vent into my room and leave the door and window open.......i just 12-12 from seed......pull 2-3 dry per plant.does me

Doesn't it get annoying buying seeds all the time? why not clone?
 
well im doin this in a bigg room an juss put sheets up around the space i wanna grow in its got the ac in the window where im growin juss dont wanna use to much power and realy have only one window to vent but no duct fan an that shit juss the basics
 
i forgot how to start thread but iv pickd plants an now working on the drying and curing i hung them up till the got crisif its good or what py on tips an leaves an now its n a brown bagg open an next ima put it in jars sealed
the bud is soft an fragile i pickd them 4,5 days ago 1st grow an... idk

seeds are cheap.....i like to grow a wide variety...no room for mothers.....these are some of my 12-12 from seed girls:weed:

400 hps is decent , im using 1 now and im growing 9 plants but there only 4 weeks old. ive got rid of 4 males and im left with 9. im expecting to get rid of another 3-4 males. so if i was u and had a 400 i would only grow say .... 4-6 plants max under 1.
