Winter Harvest!

I love winter gardening, snow on the ground, below freezing at night, perfect conditions in the grow room.

This is a two stage harvest, first pictures are room shot before harvest. Bud close ups are first M9xHashplant (m9=skunk#1 pheno), then Ice. I have Ak, Sour D, Red Devil, and Kali Dream left to harvest in about 3-5 days after cutting light cycle down to 6/18 flower. My new personal favs are the m9xhashplant and kali dream. Will be posting 2nd stage harvest plus more dry and cure pics soon.

Last few pics are what's left to harvest in bloom and last 2 are pics are of overgrow(rip)n veg room waiting patiently to be flowered. In veg there are kali dream, ak, sour d, m9-hash plant, red devil, ice. also thrown in are some new to me, arjans haze #2, maui, nyc diesel, and k2!!!

yea man, that's one of the best gardens I've seen in a long time, so many beautiful colors. How many watts and what's the weight on your take?
one other thing, did you lower the night temps to get those colors?

first close up bud shots are of m9xhashplant. in week 3 of bloom it turns to a dark bluish hue of black, most likely from afghani pedigree. temps in my room hold at 70f solid. darkened in my patients overheated (85-90f) flower room too.

second bud shots unique ice pheno with purplish hued calyxs. i lucked out on salvaging a mite ridden cut of this from a wyoming grower.

i veg under 2x600w hps and flower under 4x1000w hps. don't know about total yield cause only half the garden is cut. generally average 4-8oz per plant depending on strain and was doing 2 plants per light. now medical licensed for up to 9 per light.

no i didn't use purple maxx. i used pbp nutes supplemented with actively aerated guano teas.

Something weird happened during this harvest process, probably after the first 7 days straight of trimming 12 hrs/day alone in a basement. You could say I went a little crazy, also I stopped caring about documenting the process.

Final yield was 4.82 lbs marketable meds.

don't have capacity to run that many plants to design genetics. most are clone only except the m9x hashplant which was gifted seed from very special breeder. m9 is not random skunk #1 pheno as i thought but rather master kush x ak 47x master kush x trainwreck. seriously best all around weed we've seen in years!!!!

Hey Im an experienced grower, and I've been growing in a temperate climate my whole life. im moving to a MUCH colder region and there is snow on the ground. very cold. Im kinda freaking out about how cold my room will get at night or even in the day when my lights are off. How do you manage that? Do you have a heater for when your lights are off? Please help me out. I would GREATLY appreciate it! thanks. HAIKU
