Wind burn or N toxicity?

Hi folks, I need help with diagnosing my plant. The leafs are clawed up and the tips of the new leaves are turning yellow.
Im growing a photo period plant in coco. Using 1/4 strength of new batch of nutes as my previous batch of nutes are funky.
Humidity 60%, Temps 24C.
I am using KISS method for feeding my plant.

My nutes contains NPK +TE (Trace Elements) and I'm supplementing it with kelp extract.
Both going at 1/4 strength for now and gonna increase to 1/2 strength in 2 days time.

Plant is at 12weeks old in veg, alot of errors have happened and this lady was stunted from time to time due to trial and errors. I started in hydro set up but root rot happened and I had to cut away the rotten roots and transplanted it I to coco. So far I has improved but until a point when the previous nutes I've been using started to mess up her growth.

I worry that giving it a fast build up of nutes strength of the new nutes will burn her. Should I start giving 1/2 strength already??

Sigh. I'm lost. I had this mindset that with kelp extract, it is enough to cover the sulphur, calcium and magnesium along with my tap water.

Nonetheless, I believe the trace elements that the nutes has do contain secondary nutrients. I do realise one issue now is that my coco run off pH is on an increasing trend.
6.1 > 6.21 > 6.35 > 6.53.
I'm feeding 5.73-6.1 pH feeds

Flush. Rising pH or runoff PPM that's way higher than the feed show retain unused nutrients

Alright. Thanks! In any case, I should flush it daily for now or every alternate day until pH is within normal range?
Meaning: feeds > water > feeds > water > feeds. . .
