Hello all,

Been growin in soil now for a few years, its time to change to a drip system. i'll be purchasing one of those 8 pot wilma systems soon.

I'll veg the plants in a veg growtent (till about a foot tall), then i will transfer the plants to a flowering growtent with the 8 pot drip system in.
Just wondering what nutrients are best for a drip system, and how much and how often i put nutrients in the tank. When do i empty the tank?

as the drip system will be only used for flowering will i only need flowering nutreints, or others too? not sure.

any help would be great, + much rep given

Thanks ppl! keep smokin!

I run the 4 pot wilma using ionic, grow bloom and boost, you'll only need the bloom and boost for flowering. On the four pot system I top up the res every week, just let it run till it's near empty, the plants use it up quite quickly. It should say on whatever nutes u buy how much to add per litre, hope this helps mate. The wilma is a great system

You can never go wrong with a solid 3 part base. I use and love general hydroponics 3 part with a passion, and prefer the label instructions to Lucas' formulation. It is mild but thorough, but can sometimes be lacking in calcium to the vigorous strain, so added Cal/Mag is very beneficial throughout your venture. One additive I've loved and would recommend for fruiting is Hammerhead from advanced nutrients. My tests concluded that yield was raised 10-35% when used according to label, under a controlled study. My main like of the product was seemingly added density compared to control plants.

I am getting older, I am not certain AN Hammerhead is a product still available. Kudos.
