will tying down your girls stress them much?

Tied my girls down to keep all the tops at the same height and width because of limited space. Does this do much stress? Would it make some of the leaves droopy at all? Didn't crack or break stalks used lst. Any thing helps!

as long as u dont bend the stems too much ull be fine. its best to tie down as early as possible

best thing you have done. keep doing it and a lil through flowering. keep that light at recommended on top of the canopy. i run a digital 250 hps 4.5 inches off my canopy and it is suppose to be equivalent 1000 watter. thats why when you see christmas tree plants the cola prevents the whole plant from recieving valuable lumens. then there buds get smaller and smaller as you go down. to answer your question it is low stress training.
do you want to see what 250 hps can do then look at these pics. it made me get one.

how do u figure a digital 250 is equivalent to a 1000?

he probally means a 250 four inches above canopy penetrates as much as a 1000 watt at 12 inches. but he must be runnin a cool tube to not scorch the girls...i think

yeah djk4life.no cool tube 4.5 inches with 2 fans blowin. i rotate them a2x daily there spoiled rotten. lol
