Will this setup do? Lighting Question

I have 2 50watt HPS bulbs, homemade from 2 different light fixtures, and both with alum reflectors. Also have a 150watt CFL with reflector. Will this amount of light be sufficient? How many plants could I put under these, 3 maybe?

their are a lot of people on here doing more with less. I think 3 would be just fine.
