Will this fixture be enough to push t5 lights

No this will not work without being retrofitted for the T5 light. This is however my understanding of it, but I'd google the topic of retrofit. Here's couple places to start:

So out of t5,t8, and t 12 will it power any of those? I know nothing about these fixtures...sorry for stupid questions

The bulb in the pic is a T12...So I am pretty sure the fixture is as well, in fact I am 100% sure. I would just purchase a T5 fixture and be done with it.

I'm just trying to use it for seedlings. Do you think 3 soft white 40 wats and one 2100k 35 watt bulb would work? Just trying to get my plants through atleast 3-4 weeks because my 400 watt hps isn't dimable

I hav e grown plants well into veg under 2 40w T12 bulbs. So yeah it should do you just fine.

Sweet. Glad to hear the news from someone actually using it . very much appreciated.got any pics of them? Just curious on how close and growth rate

Not using T12s myself, however I am using T8s in my veg room, you can definitely feel free to check out my journal where there are numerous photos after the plants had been topped:

I run my lights within a couple inches of the plants and have had no issues with heat. I personally started as seedlings and plan to continue vegging under 3 - 2 bulb T8 fixtures for 6 bulbs total with 2 - 6500k, 2 - 5000k and 2 - 3000k lights. I do however plan on adding more fixtures to my setup as I have 18 plants in veg about to go into 3 gallon bags next week so will definitely need to add lights, imo.

AHHH Found them...Nice plants but they had N toxicity due to the fact that I used MG soil...they were bag seed so both ended up hermie (1st and last grow with bag seed). BUT, the reason for showing you is to illustrate what 80w of flouro lighting can accomplish...

So I moved them about 4 inches from soil now. And I managed to lose one seed when I posted the last image trying to move things around and it went top down .......hard to find seeds on shag carpet...I don't advise having a grow room anywhere by that damn carpet..I found it tho..just took forever

Currently 3 zamal hash plants and 1 bag seed with two ace seed random regulars
