Will this be any good for a MH and HPS bulb?

It comes with HPS bulb but the fitting looks the same as some MH bulbs (I think its called E40). So if I buy this and a MH bulb, it should just slot it? How many plants can I expect to grow under this 1 light?

Also, out of a 400w HPS or a 400w CFL bulb, the HPS would be better as they give off more lumens per watt right?

If its a hps light then just stick to a hps bulb i only use hps and its never let me down think i would be careful about ordering of e bay though,you could get same light same price from most hydroponic shops in the uk

400w is good for 2 or 3 plants I think.
