i had some problems with two outta of my six plants after topping, and they ended up getting real stretched. My question is this: will LST help will the stretching and should I do the same with the second plant? I've never topped or lst before this grow so any comments about my tie down or advice is greatly appreciated? My other plants are all about the same height but these two got a little outta control, but I think I was able to save them. Before (left two) and after (right two) pics below....

yes, if the lights are closer to them node separation is usually less. too much red spectrum can cause that too, or genetics. they look stressed a little bit, hows your soil pH? and poking holes in your soil away from your stem may help the roots breathe and help them perk up, try some superthrive maybe.

and when training, always be careful with the stems. pinch them until they're flimsy.

ph is fine...it was a combo of overnuting/underwatering...trust me they look a lot better than what they did. Should I bring the trained branches lower? or is how I have the one plant good?

ah i see, your new growth looks fine but the leaves have that droop, they'll be back to normal if this happened recently. and when training, try to keep them as low as everything else so the plant sends the same amount of nutes to all parts of the plant.
