will these lights work?

i jsut found 2 50 watt grow lights..

would that grow any thing?
if not what do i need..

iv only grew once out side, so im pretty new.

ne help would b helpful!!

no dont use those get high wattage cfl for veg cool white and hps for flower

why cant i use these? nothing would grow?
