Will these lights work for seeds just germinated? +rep

I just bought 2x 48" tube 32 watt 6500k fluorescent lights and I am wondering if these will work for the initial stage of my grow.

Basically will this be enough light for my germ'd seeds to sprout and grow until I switch to the MH?

yep thats the best i use t8 bulbs daylight there a little brighter then the t12

just a question but, witch tubes?? t-12, t-5...ect.??? just curious.

Tubes are great for complete veg stage, i love 'em.

They are T-8 (shop lights) 32 watt each, provide 6500k spectrum so I figured I would give them a shot...

I only have 2 tubes though, should I bother to get more if I am just planning to use them until my MH gets here? also what height

I use T5-ho's, recommend them.

Since you're going to use a Mh i'd go with some cheap T5's if your going to add more.

What strain you going to grow?

The tubes you have now are good for about two weeks. week 2 I go under the mh. Crap no new pic's I'll go shhot one and show them today is week 4 they popped 12-15.

Wow man nice looking plants. I am pumped for this to happen, common sees keep germinating! Tomorrow is day 3 so the rest should be good. Also I am planning to grow in soil however I do have some rockwool cubes that I am thinking of soaking and using for the start. Is this as easy if for the initial stage as dirt is? Im having second thoughts on the cubes.
