Will these lights be fine for vegetation?

I plan on doing a perpetual grow with a bonzai mom. Im making a 16x16 box and I plan to have at least two of these lights. I have an HPS 400 Watt setup for flowering the clones I will take, but I want to know if these CFL lights would be fine for JUST vegetation.

Theyre basically 42 watt CFL's with 6500k rating and 2800 lumen output. I want to be 100% sure that theyre what Im looking for. Thanks.

2 of those 42 watters will work perfect for a couple of plants or clones, i used 4 26 watt 6500k's to veg through 5-7 weeks.

no problem, if you did a setup like that, 4 bulbs would be awesome with those 42's.

I'm using 2 of those Feit 42w for vegging two plants right now. Working well.

Those will definitely be fine. I am using 4 32w 6400k lights per plant (I have 3 plants) positioned directly over the top. You can see the setup here:
