Will these buds ever thicken up

Hey all, not been on riu in a longggg time, got a bag o' shwag that to be honest smelt like shit but had a good heady high to it but the sucka was full o' seeds, I didn't mean to start growing again yet as im in the process of moving,just slung 6 seeds in two pots, 3 each, before I know they all popped up, didn't use my hps until flowering, like a fool. just used 2 23w cfls, LOL I know this bad but didn't have much hope for them, in the end i had 2 females and was overjoyed, been in flowering for about 50-60 days under 250w hps now, one of the plants is ok but the other one just look as though it doesn't want to bulk up. Grrrr. have pics 1st n 4th of good un and 2nd n 3rd pics of popcorn sucka. tell me what you think. I thought it may of been light leaks but the other is ok so that kinda shit on that idea, maybe just bad genetics i suppose???? bongsmilie

it's stretched but the buds should fill in. they look like they will tighten up and swell. nice resin production.

At 50 to 60 days your not going to get much more bud. But for planting as an after thought, you have done as well as some ppl that try hard. Sounds like you know some of your mistakes and will do better next time. Keep growing it will only get better. Do a good dry and cure and you will be rewarded for your efforts.

thanks for your input m8, forgot to say have been feeding em 4-4-12 tomato feed with magnesium and micro nutes ( im broke) and black strap molasses to help fatten em up, hopefully lol :mrgreen:

my nevilles haze is kinda like that but it has like 10 times more bud sites then your and im wondering the same thing lol im 7 weeks in flowering rigt now

you need a higher pk skip the n and i would just use water and molasses from now on

have been really lazy on this grow as I am halfway through constructing a new grow closet which is going to be like a ganja narnia as im having a secret wardrobe entrance, just enuff space for four big plants or 12 in a sog, getting 4 chamber flood n drain hydro setup, 400w mh/hps, tons of adf mylar.and so on( too many new things to list) so next grow should be 100% pro setup. will be setting up new thread when its done and i'll take you all on a tour of "Ganja Narnia" LOL :peace:

nice mexican sativas those will thicken up the last 2 weeks of flowering

thanx for your input nelly, yours does look simlar, have just fed a mix of tomato and molasses yesterday, so will use ur advice next feed time. need a good short stubby strain in nxt room any ideas ppl apart from lowryder as my new room about 10ft high but after clone section added it prob be about 7ft. i do like a good couch lockers an d also after a nice energetic high to grow at same time. (gotta mix my smoke up now an again) :peace:

im glad i got my own seedbank , i got crystal, big bud, thai, and pure indica seeds lol right now im in the process of veg for crystal and big bud while my haze is still flowering lol

I think that first plant has 9 fan leaves. If grown in the ideal enviornment you could have yourself a really tastey and productive plant.

They don't look ready for harvest quite yet, but I doubt they'll thicken up any more. It's heavily dependent on the light you use.

if you mean 9 fingers on each leaf then yeah it has, not to fussed about this yeild as was'nt expecting any, not even got any decent reflective on the walls ( not worth it now) she does smell beautiful though stinky as hell, kinda pine smell and sticky. any ideas of that strain :confused:

have this weed regular around these parts, think the shwag was just a bad harvest for sumone :confused:

Haven't you noticed that most Bagseed grows are pretty much really good weed when grown right. I haven't seen a Mexican MJ field but my guess is it gets little to no water, care and nutes.

Then someone here takes a seed with the very same genetics and turns it into chronic. Sure some are better than others and some strains may have a higher yield or better this/that... but I've seen so many seeds from swag turn into really nice herb.

I have no clue about strain but it's definetaly Sativa Dom. 9 fans is nice dude. Even though it's flowering, I would take a cutting or two to clone...then veg her under 24hrs of light. You might be able to keep that strain going and see what she can really do.

Or take a cutting of her in flower. Once rooted transplant and put her under a decent lamp at 12/12. With proper nutes, good light source and what not that little clone could produce a really nice little sample of "what could have been."

Some take 3" clones and flip them to 12/12 asap and yield a half to a full O.

Just some thoughts dude.

I would rather keep the strain alive and try to reveg a clone or two. Then with a new lamp you can do all kinds of things.

It looks like a nice strain.
