It will if you use rooting horomone.. Those look a little far gone tho bro.
Also be sure to spray them with water, because while they do not have roots the only way to get water is through the leaf. Some people reccomend putting a plastic cover over them so that the water will not immediately evaproate from the plant.

It will go back to veg as long as it lives. Those are some shitty looking plants, haha (no offence). They should fix themselves with a little love and attention.
Watch you pull 3 oz of bomb smoke off each in a few months.

yeah they been in the cup for a week or two outside but i transplanted one and they already had a root ball with no root hormone gel. I just hope they live because they are for sure females.
