Will She Live?

hey guys, first off this is my first attempt to grow weed and i have gotten 4 seed to sprout, well my girlfriend who wants me to quit smokingt he good stuff,found my plants growing and killed them. They had just started grow and they were about and inch and a half high, well she forgot to finish one off and all thats left of her is the stem and no leaves. i think i can save her but i dont know can any one give me some advice on weather or not to bother with this sprout, it looks like she is still growing!!
