will seedling pop up on a 12/12 cycle

i have a lady what is just about ready 7 to 10 days. will some seedlings be ok in there for that short period before i change the light to 18/6 for the babys

im doing it as we speak.ive got 4 seedlings in w/my 2girls that have 2/3 weeks left to flower.i think there fine. There 14 days since they popped up.
