Will odor leak out of my INTAKE opening, if I am constantly running exhaust?

I just built a sealed cabinet to go inside my closet. I will be running a duct to an exhaust fan in the attic that will be running constantly.

My cabinet is 48"wide X 24"deep X 7ft tall. I plan to house 8 pants-16 plants.

My exhaust fan is 150 CFM.

Will odor leak out of my INTAKE opening, if I am constantly running exhaust?

No. So long as you maintain negative pressure in the cab. You attic will smell if the air is not cleaned though.

Thanks. That'll definitely work, but its gonna be up in my attic, so it may be hard to get to every 48 hours. ???
