in my medical opinion, sure. but i'm not a dr. i've seen people get it for some really simple things. my buddy, cold sores and something else. he wouldn't tell me. maybe hemmeroids. he has medical back problems but he didn't have current visits to the chiropractor. this was a renewal so he already had a foot in the door. he was told to go see a chiropractor before the next renewal but in the mean time he got signed off for coldsores(?). i don't know the guy could be mistaken.

Good luck , hope all goes well. I had 2 titanium plates put in my spine and I was thinking of looking into that myself but I was'nt sure of the criteria and how it works in my state ( PA ).I decided to try growing myself. Sure beats tomatoes! -zing

COLORADO:
Colorado's law allows for the medical use of marijuana for patients who have a doctor's recommendation and who suffer from cancer, glaucoma, AIDS, chronic pain, cachexia, severe nausea and seizures including epilepsy and multiple sclerosis. Patients can possess no more than two ounces of marijuana or cultivate six marijuana plants (three mature). Patients must apply for a medical marijuana identification card.

Exactly! I have been legal for all of oh, let's say...3 hours and I already feel silly for even worrying about it! It's my right, and for crap sakes, legislation has been passed! It's law!:hump:

By the way...what metal shows? I'd fancy myself a bit of a metal head.

funny, i kicked myself in the head for being so scared and waiting so long.

i broke my leg and dislocated my ankle at "clash of the titans". what was that '89, '90? slayer was on and the crowd went moshy, i got caught in it. exodus were always cool guys to party with. had a place in oakland where all the bay area bands hung out on the down low. bunch of studios in the heart of darkest oakland. cool places. paradigm studios i think they called it. :peace::joint::joint:

yea i used to live in the bay area and there are dispensieries all over the place where u can get clones and bud from. but yea i got medicated this year i regret not doing in as soon as i was 18. i thought the doctor was gonna b all asking questions and everything but nah he was just straight up about it " if ur gonna do it might as well do it legally" and its true. now im growing and smoking without really tripping out on anything. it was like $100 for everything not bad i think.

Man,
If I get sick or injured I am moving to California.
I live in SC and I expect this to be the last state to legalize for medical use.
Hell nowadays your almost certain to end up with some type of illness sooner or later. God forbid. I had rather be healthy and smoke illegally than to actually need the medical marijuana. What a way to go though.

the statement

could be a catch-22 kinda thing.

for example, if you had 3 plants flowering under say a 1000w hps, this would be completely legal - but as soon as you cultivated them, you would be committing an offence, as they would produce much more than 2oz of bud...

what happens then?

it's really easy to get a med card in California I got mine for $120 and all I had to do was fill out the form and the Marijuana Dr took my pulse and heart beat and I was done...they gave me my card on the spot...if you live in California it's a must saved me from going to jail already.
