I am planning on growing these Sweet Purple seeds from DrChronic and i have a setup in a room inside a basement and its really cool in the room..and i mean really cool...is it safe or ok the grow in these cool conditions??

Hey you got some sweet purple too huh. I got mine from Nirvana last year and just germed some and some BlueBerry.Im gonna keep temps around 78-88 with co2 injections

Co2 injections as in I have a 20 lb co2 tank on a timer with an electric solenoid to release timed co2 room injections over my plants. My sweet purp I never grew I just did 3 seeds of the sweet purp and 3 seeds of Blueberry about 5 days ago I started germ then planted them and they are about 3 inches now just getting going looking for some new moms.

if your lights get hot enouf they might be able to heat it up enouf to keep it warm a buddie of mine hooked up the ventalation to his house in the winter lowered his gas bill alot

yes I would worry more about night temps tho. If the night temps are hoigh enough hook up the lights and let em run for a while see how high the temps get and go from there.

In a way, some cold helps, especially in summer. Here in So Cal, many growers run their lights at night to cut down on overall heat and electrical cost. I'd much rather have to run a heater than the amount of a/c needed when running sealed rooms. bongsmilie:blsmoke:
