Things are going to start happening very quickly. The DEA is F-U-C-K-E-D now. They only have a few hundred agents in the entire country. Detroit has 2000-3000 cops for comparison. It will be impossible to do much of anything about this. This same basic event is what unraveled alcohol prohibition and it happened fast.

I've spent like 45 days in Denver in the last year and a half. Weed was pretty much legal there already. Now it's just on the books. The whole economy of Denver and boulder is based on herb. In Nederland no one even accepts currency, you have to pay for groceries with nugget.

It looks like CO. will be doing it right and most likely taxing at the same rate as alcohol. Washington will be taxing @ 25% per transaction up to 3 times.i hope Colorado does it up right and regulates, taxes, makes jobs, etc so that other states will see this is a great thing for a states economy and follow suit until enough states have decriminalized or legal weed that the federal law will get changed

DUUUUUUUUUUDE PURKLIZE its HIPPIEPUDZ024 remember me!!!!! dude you told me to leave missouri after i got busted with that 87 plants, and i had to sit around and think about it for awhile, did i want to stay at home in missouri and go to college and finish my degree or do i want to pursue my passion with growing and just say fuck it and make a move, i remember you writing to me and talking about the compassionate people who believe in cannabis,i never had the chance to really meet that crowd being from missouri. you told me to just say fuck it and move out to oregon with the cash in my pocket and make a start there, well i couldnt go that far but at least i made it to colorado, i came here with like 5gs, rented a house from my friends grandpa and started my new grow. and things are going great, havent heard about the case yet, those cops told me i would recieve a letter in the mail in one year with the test results on the plants, personally i think theres a chance they could have been crooked cops seeing as they left me a blunt to smoke after taking my lights and not arresting me. i had to delete that thread i started, where i talked about the bust because my lawyer made me feel really stupid for putting a thread on the internet but oh well.I made the decision to leave missouri and came out to colorado and was able to salvage like 4 of my best clones ive had for about 4 years from my friend who had a smaller grow, and now im out here doing my thing, and people love my cannabis!!! YOU WERE SO RIGHT DUDE!!, BELIEVE IN THE PLANT AND ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS, IM SO EXCITED TO SEE WHAT THE FUTURE HOLDS OUT HERE.

Wonderful story , sounds like you like Colorado , I would love to hear a step by step of how you made all that work with only 5K , did you get a medical card or just start growing the 6 plants that the “ over 21 law allows ? What did you have to do to become a resident ? Or can you just start growing ? Your story shows that good shit does happen .
