Will a cannabis plant grow in winter? veg and flower?

It depends on your temps. If you get freezing cold nights, frost, or snow, it won't work unless you have a greenhouse and heater. But for general outdoor growing, you want the temps to stay above 40 degrees ferinheight. It also helps to start them inside. Seeds don't like to sprout in winter, but an established plant can definitely grow in a mild climate. I'm in California and I had plants out all winter that I made into hash. Basically all winter I kept my best plants for my indoor grow and the rejects and males went outside to flower.
