I now have to kill a male (plant to the right), which sets me back a lot yeild wise. I can't clone a new plant and start flowering it from day 1, otherwise my yield is gonna drop from not being able to veg the clone long enough.
Initially I was worried about space, now I'm not cause my biggest plant was a male. I'm very much hoping these 2 females flower with in the next week or so. Than I want to do 2 clones after they flower, revert back to vegging, and use the clones to LST (which was another thing I regret not doing with my current plants).
I'm not in a huge rush at all, but I was depending on most my yield coming from that one huge plant, the other 2 are a fair deal smaller. And I only started flowering them because of how big the male was getting. So I'm in a weird spot now, I'm only concerned about yield. Maybe I should just flower the other 2 to make sure their female, than not even clone them and revert back to veg just to make them bigger? I'm in a weird situation now, I'm trying to increase my yield with wasting as little time as possible. But like I said if I have to wait its not a huge deal either.
Any ideas? If the buds will continue to grow from day 1 switching back to veg, than I like that idea better. But if the buds are gonna stop growing and the plant is just gonna get taller, than sticking to flowering sounds like a smarter idea. Its my first grow btw.
