I thought this article was interesting and applicable to harvesting flower when there is a decent amount of amber trichomes present. Amber trichomes indicate more CBN. The summary is CBN combined with THC provides more euphoria and couchlock resulting in a stronger high.

the article coincides with long held beliefs I've had and was interesting.

Article is measuring older jarred weed, not longer grows to amber. And of course its true that trichs amber up in the jar, well beyond harvest. Personally i see “complementary” cannabinoids in my random mix of buds. Different plants build on others effectiveness when mixed in a number or hash.
