why superdelegates are necessary

imagine a rogue agent of foreign powers tries to hijack the party (i think something like this might have happened to republicans)

superdelegates are the only thing that would protect the party if say russians tried to run a disinfo campaign aimed at getting the far less qualified (and not even democratic) candidate elcted

Astonishing stupid.

The only thing Superdelegates protect the party from is the will of the constituency.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz said so.

You clearly are an elitist shill who doesn't believe in democracy.

Go vote Republican.
Russians tried to use disinformation to propel a less qualified non-Democrat to the nomination over the more qualified actual Democrat in 2016

We need superdelegates to protect against this

I like the idea of cutting the common man out of the democratic nomination process all together. For their own good.

Superdelegates quite literally cost the DNC the election.

The Republicans will never stop laughing.

Notice the Republicans that liked his post despite him being insulting to Republicans?

Trump loves the uneducated.
republicons have no self respect

they would rather lose personally as long as they feel like non-whites are losing more

there have been studies done about this. most people would rather be making $50k a year while their colleagues make $25k instead of making $100k a year while their colleagues make $200k.

Yet more ways the DCCC and the Democratic Party are ensuring a 'free and fair' electoral process.

Apparently the Democratic Party is fine with bring as corrupt as possible.

Wouldn't want to accidentally give the voters a choice!
OH

MY

GOD!

An experienced politician is counseling somebody against running because he doesn't think he's the best candidate.

Yup, coooooorrrrruuuuuuptttttt. How dare the DCCC's most experienced politicians decide who they should back in order to get the best shot at flipping red districts to blue.
