Why isn't my SSH flowering outside yet?

??? It's already shown signs of entering flowering, but the thing just doesn't seem to be blooming vs. my Ortega Indica... There are only a couple of hairs popping out, but no real bud formation, not even slightly... What is going on here!? Does SSH take longer to enter into flowering because of it's sativa influence?

YES!!! I've been about to pull my freaking hair out over my lanky super lemon haze. I've already harvested (part of) a hindu kush, a power kush, two small SLH and a Maui wowi and I have more kushes that will be ready in 2-3 days, but these big SLH's are taking forever. They have a shitload of popcorn but it looks like they are a month away yet.

im on the northestern coast and ssh doesnt finish until late october/early november for me. you sound like your right on schedual
