Has he already done that? I keep expecting somebody with a little sense to stop him - but then I remember that there are none of those people left.

Been reading a book called Nixonland - The Rise of a President and the Fracturing of America. I reached the part where the asshole police chief of Miami uncorked the "when the looting starts, the shooting starts" comment about a week ago. When I heard about Trump's tweet, I wasn't even surprised. It had already occurred to me that the White House is using the 1968 Nixon campaign as a blueprint - probably even using this particular
book as a roadmap.

The "second amendment people" is in his bag of tricks and will come out, again. He'll claim he never suggested violence, but his people know exactly what he's saying.

Trump never read the book, he can't, someone feed him the quote and someone might be using it and Donald too, it would be so easy. Donald wants civil war and distraction, the destruction of the country and its people make little difference to him, winning does, it means getting off on his crimes. To lose is to be humiliated beyond endurance in public and a court of law, and a future in a supermax cell wearing an orange jumpsuit, a loser.

I don’t believe Trump was familiar with the history of the phrase. Mainly because it would require him reading a book.

I’m sure that was direct from Stephen Miller.

Another guy who should meet an untimely end, he is responsible for the kids in cages on the southern border and much of the hate. I'd strangle the cocsucker myself if I tought it would free one of them, when I recall the images of toddlers in cages alone with silver blanket treated like dogs I near lose my mind! I don't care if I get pissed either! If you are not pissed to the point of murder over something like that you ain't normal.
