Why is the UK still in the Dark Ages?

I'd imagine the vast majority of states aren't so lenient, though? But, at least its more permisable to move to a more lenient state - here it's either all or nothing and there doesn't seem to be any sign of change on the horizon - so I think you guys should at least count yourselves lucky to some degree.

I feel for you my friend - I have lived in states where you would go to jail for a roach.
As for feeling lucky, I do. I realize more often than not things that are legal for me aren't so for someone else.
