Why is my plant sexy?

Hey everybody, I'm in Zone 6, and my bagseed plant is starting to show it's sex - what does that mean? It's in an all right spot, not the greatest, not the worst - it is along a wood line that runs east to west - should it be starting to show itself this early? I have some other plants that are in a much better spot that I only started a few weeks ago, and I don't want them to start sexing as they really aren't that tall - any info is very helpful, thanks everyone.

Okay, that's cool fdd - I appreciate that info, it makes me feel better - it's nothing I really have control over, as it's bagseed and growing well, so I'm just gonna let her go on doin' her thing...

And thank you for the advice as well kyle - just to let you know, I'm starting to think it's a lady, as it looks like pistils are shooting out - I pretty much started giggling uncontrollably at first sight- it's my first, and I'm ecstatic. Hope my thoughts on it being a female hold true.

I think it is great to have the hairs at the nods, they will flower according to there internal clock and that of the sun. Of course there are stress factors also that can lead to early flowering. The plant will continue to grow through the flowering stage so just enjoy is my advice. I had a plant, it was weird, I think a hybrid throw back but it started to flower after 2 months this spring and grew right on. I had to cut it in order to let 2 very nice plants have more room which were about 3 times the size of the early flower.....Thats ok though it smokes good and it keeps me from trying the others as they are now in flower. Hope the grow goes well for you and keep us informed.
