Why is bagseed turning dark purple, me or genetic?

The bud I got this seed from was extremely lime green and smelled super fruity. I was hoping to get that but this plant is budding deep purple (some leaves are even black) with a sharp spice smell. Is it because I'm growing in 65-70f temps instead of outdoors 90f or is it just genetic?

da purps will throw both green and purple plants

both smell and taste the same

in my experience the green plants had more dense buds and aside from the color where likely better

Start cooling your night temps more, that should help with color
But sometimes plant genetics are unstable and dont have the genes for turning colors, just depends on the breeder
