Why home marijuana cultivation will be a headache for regulators

I don't think it'll be much of a headache at all. Doesn't seem to be a problem in the legal states. The only way to take crime out of it is to remove the profit. When one can grow cheaper than buying, the incentive for illegal sales disappears. I think we'll see 4 - 6 plant per adult limits for rec and increased penalties for illegal sales.
