The genetic part explains part of it. There are plenty of them that are super smart.

Think of it like this. A camaro and a minivan are in a drag race over 1/4 mile. The camaro runs it in 13 seconds, and the minivan in 19. Not a huge difference.

Now repeat this race millions of timed. Now instead of six seconds, there are thousands of hours of time difference in the group.

This is comparable to successive generations, each one standing one the shoulders of the one that came before. It does not take too long to get ahead.

If you took 5000 whites and 5000 blacks, put them on an island and gave neither group anything. Fence them off for a few thousand years, what in your gut do you think the result will be when the fence comes down?

If you aren't sure, the fence is the medeterain sea and the sahara, and the fence started coming down in the 15th century.

It will happen every time.
