Aren't you the guy that would force a black man to serve a white man against the black mans wishes ?
Nope. Wrong dude. In public, you have to abide by public laws, otherwise don't go there. That goes for any race.
right to travel is delegated by the constitution, upheld by the supreme court as a natural right and thus not reserved for the state's.

of course olive is FREE to waive this right by contracting with his STATE.......
Right to travel, not to drive. See Amendment X and California Vehicle Code 12500 VC. Go ahead and drive without a license and get pulled over. See what telling the cop or the court "I have the right to drive without a license" gets you. I'll bet you get penalized for it. Want to bet me on it?

It isn't a contract when your state has civil and criminal laws in regards to something, and if you live there, you must abide by state law.

You look really dumb, arguing it's legal to drive without a license.

I'm not arguing the legality of it. I'm telling you the legality of it comes from your signature on the contract and that's what binds you to the statutes or terms of the contract.

I am simply pointing out the lawful right to use an automobile on a public road.

"...For while a citizen has the right to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, that right does not extend to the use of the highways, either in whole or in part, as a place for private gain. For the latter purpose no person has a vested right to use the highways of the state, but is a privilege or license which the legislature may grant or withhold at its discretion..." - State v Johnson, 243 P.1073, 1078.

A right is not granted by government and therefore cannot be prohibited by government.

Legal and lawful are two different things.

Do you have a firearms license as well? What made you want to give up that right and convert it into a paid privilege? Deep commitment to Nazism?

Man, you are deeply triggered. Look at that diatribe! You must really recognize your stupidity to the point it effects your ego!

I agree that when a persons driving HAS harmed another they should be held responsible to restitute the person(s) they harmed. Does the possession of a state issued permission / license prevent accidents ?

So, you would be in favor of disarming / disbanding the police ? Excellent . Since their being armed and enforcing drug laws and other victimless statutory crimes is a clear example of how their actions harm others.
So you agree that if you hurt someone while driving you should be held responsible. So you also have to agree with most driving laws. Glad to see you reversing your position on running red-lights, speeding...etc .
Yes possession of a driver license does help prevent accidents. One example of that is my middle child. In order for her to get her license she had to take a drive safety class and spend x amount of hours driving with a current license driver before getting her license. Prior to her being force to do this she would have most certainly had an accident. The drivers test also makes one aware if you know the rules of the road and understand what certain signs mean. For the record the one accident I was in was due to some idiot not have a licenses and not understanding the fucking rules of the road.

Misanthropic jackass. Head for the hills or a cabin deep in the woods. You're not wired up for civilized society. I look forward to not reading your manifesto someday.

I'm not arguing that it is or isn't legal to drive without a license. Legality and illegality are arbitrary concepts and often rely on the absurdity that some people have more rights than others. That's easy to prove, by the way.

I was saying that a license from a state is no assurance of driving competence or that accidents will be prevented or lessened.

I try to abide by natural law. Why do you like unnatural law so much ?

Actuallly I don't look dumb either, I look sort of dashing, robust and mischievous in a middle aged guy sort of way. Ask your mom if you don't believe me.

For the record I took my parents car for a ride as a young lad and it was pretty easy to drive safely, not so easy to explain to them when they returned home earlier than expected though.

I suggest you open a driving school to teach others before they obtain their license. You seem like a natural.
Will your business be open to the public? or will you be going private club ?
