spoken like the MMJ Douche I found when I found riu.
Oh I understood which list you ment. U fail to understand the problem so move on.
I guess I didn't understand what you want?

All Mi. cardholders are on the list, no getting around it. So why you don't want your mj doctor to have your info is beyond me?

Its when your Doctor DOESN"T have your info, is where you get in trouble, LOL!

Sorry I couldn't help;)

I have a bad feeling about the script-mill that got raided in late April in Oakland Cty. Everything was confiscated from their offices.
This may have been the largest dr recc. clinic going in the state of michigan. Serious security breach!

my doctor has my info. He has absolutely no need to have my caregivers info. His staff or the staff at the center also have no need or right to that infromation.
How can the doctor having my caregivers SS number help me as that doctors client???

The only way to do it without is to get the patients certified and then use the caregiver change form to set up the caregiver relationship. Every doctor you go to will need your caregiver's Info to fill out the paperwork for the state. If you don't start the caregiver relationship til after the patient is certified, then you can direct mail the change form in with a $10 fee.
Bingo!!! We have a winner!!!! Why would the state mandate that? Why would the doctors comply? How could this possibly serve the patient who just paid for the cert?

The site sure the fuck opened my eyes about shady doctors. I had one fucking nut job PMing me cuz I wouldn't publicly agree with him. Turns out the patient isn't always the unstable one. Be careful out there people. The more information that you give them, the more they have to use against you when they are logged in on the pot-growing forum you frequent!:eyesmoke:
Um. Can you tell them it is confidential? Can you tell them you don't have one (they are not permitted or required to keep that information)? Can you tell them to pound sand?

Well brother Greg u could tell them to pound sand if you don't want a Cert. If they know you have a CG they won't see u without your caregivers info. No fancy footwork Abe. Just growers who are more interested in helping, that some law of Men. When someone dies before the state can even get the paperwork done in a timely manner, why should they believe in any part of this law?

Longs Peak Blue is great. When curing too, it just keeps getting better.
Rare Dankness used the same mother (old blue) making the Blue OX. Hopefully she will have
some of those available before too long.

Do you mean to say the patient does not have the option to complete the paperwork, with the exception of the doctor's statement? The practice(s) do(es) not permit patients to submit their paperwork at their discretion and on their own?

Why tell them something they don't need to know?

Yea i would just tell them i didnt have a caregiver then send in a change form with you 10$ fee on your own. Use your paperwork as pending agreements till the state gets the cards out; as long as they take your money and dont send back the papers your fine.

My practice for one has no interests in a patient's caregiver. I simply remind the patient they need to put that in prior to sending to state, make sure they have an attestation, and remind them to have the caregiver initial rather than check the lines.

The patient's caregiver is not important to their medical file on my end, but I am a physician rather than a 'pot doctor' and do things professionally. I don't play the caregiver angle for additional charges as some have.
