I think this is good advice too, the same the local hydro guy gave me. I don't have a lot of experience but I start in small pots and transplant like 2 or 3 times before flowering. Haven't killed a plant yet, but I have only grown like 11..I'm not a fan of big pots. Start small and transplant as needed. I find it very hard to properly water a small plant in a giant pot.
I didn't put the nutrients in.. I bought it with these small white things in it and it doesn't say what they are except that they are nutrients. And doesn't just water spraying them give them a little water, not enough to sustain them?
