Why do my plants keep dying?

what size is your pot?
I highly doubt that is your issue, I have 3 ft plants that are in nothing but a 4" X 4" rockwool cube. I bet your overwatering..... to force yourself to stop doing that ( don't know how many plants you've killed at 3-4 weeks, you didn't mention that), let the soil dry completely before watering again. pick up the pot and note it's weight, both emtpy (no water, just fresh soil) and full (freshly watered). that should give you a better idea of when you should water.

It's a 3 gallon.. and I killed about 3. I can see a little root hair from one of the drainage holes that's why I thought they may be rootbound. And I'll try to use the weight thing to stop overwatering 
they also feel kind of like a tissue and the stem is very flexible kind of like rubber.. if that helps in the diagnosis. I don't know what the hell is wrong with them

what soil are you using, how often are you feeding them nutes and what are you feeeding them ?

I water around the outer part of the pot and let the root look for it..I don't water it directly. An over watered plant will have stagnant root growth, and will have difficulties
maintaining the plant's rapid growth at that stage....last year I put way to much attention into watering and didn't let my plant do it's own hunting for water.....hence a couch potato pot plant.....just sits there and says feed me.......what me work.......or

Damn that plant had the root system of a god.. it was all over the pot. I think that's what might have fucked it since twisty's idea makes sense, if you're getting the water to it's mouth the roots won't be that experienced. Took a couple of clones off it though maybe they'll get back up.

Try using a water spray from now on cono man to prevent ya over watering them
What was the disolving nutrents that you used . i know from my experance bat gauno can burn the shit out of young plants and kill them
To be honest its best not to mess about with nutrents to much just to make your plants grow , Easy does it they will grow any way

I'm not a fan of big pots. Start small and transplant as needed. I find it very hard to properly water a small plant in a giant pot.

switch mixes, it sounds like nute burn and or ph lockup. Buy a ph tester just becasue it is distilled doesn't automatically make it the proper pH. I use 1/3 perlite, 1/3 peat moss both non mg, and 1/3 mushroom compost. I add 1 tablespoon of lime per gallon of mix. Try growing in this mix with no time release fertilizers and your plants will not die. Buy some fert that are water soluble so you can properly flush at the end

I think this is good advice too, the same the local hydro guy gave me. I don't have a lot of experience but I start in small pots and transplant like 2 or 3 times before flowering. Haven't killed a plant yet, but I have only grown like 11..

Only at very early vegging i spray only every time the soil goes dry sometime with some nutes
Then when they get 10" or so just stronger more or less id water and feed properly thats not your problem thou
Its them small white nuterent things your using it must be to strong for your baby plants
id advise you not to use it again and just use plain soil with only perlite ,
Cannabis plants do not die easy ...................if your light is a good distance from the babes , Easy on the water and nutes , Good Air movement , and ph levels right nothing should every go wrong with these tough growing plants
