Honestly I have seen PhxFire on these forums he seems legit.
4 shore... AZprop420.com is a SMALL network of Patients for patients... NO BS... You must be a patient and YES I am a member.. I started this Arizona Growers thread a year or so ago on RIU in hopes of finding other patients for networking... I have found there are ALOT of shady people in the Az medical 420 crowd. (Most the time Non card holders.. And NO I am not talking about all non card holders just a few)

By patients for patients...

I was told by a fellow friend and patient that some shady shit is going on and he believes they will be raided SOON... He is not the only person...

Look them up they are a PROFIT business... Listed with the ACC as a Limited Liability Company.. The L.L.C.is vested in Managers and Damon Nutt from Wickenberg is listed as Manager and contact for any leagl issues... (Public Info)... That means they are for profit (An entity - Means paying taxes on income -IRS) which is a violation of Arizona State Revised Statues Title 36 Chapter 28.1 - AZ Medical Marijuana Act

I am a fellow patient and dont care to be BULLIED by a ORGANIZATION that is here to RIPPPP off patients and FUCK up the Whole AZ MMJ ACT...

If you're making claims like that you should put up some evidence then. Cause right now you look like a competitor taking smack. imo, of course.

The best thing about that place is the fact I found two beans in some cheese I got from them. Yea they are operating on a for profit level... One of the tenders that work there told me he got paid $600 a week which according to my calculations comes out to around $14 per hour. They must really be doing the lords work on such a meager wage, lol.

and yeah, yeah, for profit... wahhh.. NO ONE here has ever sold bud for profit. Riiiight.
I am not trying to BASH you... I want you to know the TRUTH... So when you are at their building when they get raided you cant say someone did not warn you...

I hope the best for all fellow patients in AZ and do not care for folks trying to get rich... If you are doing shady shit dont hind behind the AZ MMJ ACT...

I have been looking over a section of the law regarding the cost of an application and renewal... Did you know the AZDHS may implement a higher fee for new applications and renewals based off of your house hold income?

I haven't ever set foot in their building. Thankfully, I dont need to. I just don't see what they are doing as any sort of a problem. If you don't like the prices, don't go. Find a caregiver, whatever. But people have to get all high and mighty, rip off this and that... just sounds whiney.

i have no idea if this is true, other than you saying it, but so what? are people supposed to work for free?

and aside from that, as a caregiver, the law says that you may be reimbursed for actual costs incurred. where does it say you can't hire someone to work for you?

LMAO Wow dude, so your gonna play like that? There is nothing wrong hiring people to work for you but if you can afford to pay your people $600 a week in your "non profit" than you might need to readjust your revenue. Perhaps investing in things to make your product more affordable than $20 a gram might constitute a good use of your revenue? You could also use your revenue to hire a jew to write up a petition to amend prop 203 to eliminate the 25 mile rule. That would be way better use of resources than over paying your buddies err I mean "employees".

play like what? do you think non profit companies don't pay their employees or something? or they all have to work poverty level? 600 a week is barely 31k a year. you want to work somewhere you could have your skull cracked for just being there? fuck, you could probably get a better deal at in and out. hardly what i would call raking it in.

sorry, im just not with the mmj should be free cause i like to smoke a lot club. i grow and take care of a few close people for next to nothing, but there is not a fucking chance in hell i'd be doing it publicly for what some of you think they should be getting. people who work deserve to get paid.

ARS 36-2801

Read the laws my friend... The only way that can be legal is if the helper has a MMJ card or listed as caregiver... You cant hire people to sell weed for you...

As far as prices.. Who does caare.. It is more about they are breaking the law and it will effect all AZ MMJ card holders if it continues... Look at Cali my friend.. A shit ton of dispoensaries are closing... A close friend lives there and he is about to move back to AZ because of all the drama going on there...

What ever happens in Cali effects the whole MMJ scene...

They are NOT a Non profit which is a direct violation of the AZ MMJ ACT... They are listed as an L.L.C. in Arizona... LOOK HERE... Public Records... They are not protected by it and nor will they last long... MARK MY WORDS...
