Why arent they flowering!?

I have four plants in DWC. Three weeks into flower, two are budding nicely, The other two are just GROWING like crazy!!!!!They are for sure female as they are showing sex, BUT havent started budding!!! WHYYYYY :wall:

Im Using Sensi bloom A+B, BIG BUD, and BID CANDY.

Two that are budding...Purp Kush, and Purp urkel
Two that are NOT budding are grape ape
3x3x5 room, 400 watt HPS, 165cfm fan, 82* day 75* night.
No Light leaks, (stick my head in the room at lights off tested!)

That I dont know...Bought them as clones.

Lights just turned on and it looks like it may have started. Im not quite sure though...looks like a cluster of small leaves at the tops.....GOD I HOPE SO... cant afford anymore height!!!

BUT please keep going about this Phenotype thing...
 
There can be issues with breeding other then hermies. The phenotype in certain genetics are what the professional breeders look for. Some plants have a stronger ability to fight off pests, others heat, humidity, etc. Looking for those strong phenotypes makes for stronger MJ.
