Why are my babies leaves so weak?

Okay so the first picture (The youngest plant) is now 4 days old. Now all of a sudden the leaves are falling down and wont go back up, it started with the two smallest leaves drooping then one of the largest fell and twisted a little and now the other is fallen down, could someone please help and tell me what is wrong? The other plant sprouted on the 26th of december and im pretty sure she is doing just fine, thank you so much..

I have 3 cfl's running on these two plants each 20 watt's each, a fan blowing down onto the plants keeping the lights cooled and the room at around 83 degrees, I water them only when the soil dries out on the top, I am using Miracle-Gro potting mix..

i've seen this before but never quite figured it out. sometimes my leaves do this after spraying for bugs.

So what exzactly should I do, just wait it out?

Well I suppose I will wait like 4 days to see any improvement..

the funky leaves will stay that way but the new growth should be normal.
