That's just how I have learned to interact with others. Be the first to say please and thank you, be tolerant as possible, and be a mirror image of how they treat you.

While it can occasionally become a little volatile (not from me, I just walk away until tempers have settled), it's effective. The hard part is only doing so to a point, imo. NEVER violate your basic morals and character to stoop to their level.

all i know is that every single person i have ever known who is part of an HOA has complained about the HOA far more than they will ever complain about centralized federal power.

so the onus is on you to tell me why localized, citizen regulated power is less abhorrent than federal, centralized power.

Most cities, especially rural, severely limit or ban chickens. Because Big Brother labels them agricultural and doesn't want competition.

The doves, crows, pigeons and wild parrots make way more noise than a chicken. Along with the neighbors who fucking party all the time with loud obnoxious music. The HOA doesn't give a fuck about noise because they want tennants.

Federal goverment Leaves us alone.
The local goverment is a pain in the ass to me and all my neigbors.
Buck here we can have chickens. 2 no roosters and you need to pay a licensing fee of 25 bucks a year, cannot butcher them and if you have a license you need to give consent for inspections
