Why are all of my leaves doing this?

I'm feeding my plants the entire Fox Farm line up and i'm using Roots Organic Original Soil. calmag from General Hydroponics and I add the cal/mag to my water following the directions every time. The water that I'm using is R/O water that comes out at 5-10PPM. I then follow the directions from General Hydroponics and add my cal/mag supplement which brings my R/O PPM to roughly 350. Please look at the three pictures I've included and see if you can help me out. Thanks Also, is it okay to spray my plants for bugs when the lights are off if they are 6 weeks into flower?

Although it shows up as a deficiency (pic2) you probably overfed them, I'm guessing with P and K. And no, generally not ok to spray once flowers/buds have formed.
