Who's producing more than 1g/w?

Fellow growers. What's happening!

So my indoor is now set back up. I run a 3x3 for veg and 4x8 flower. I use a botanicare table in my flower room so it's easy to maintain n drain, thus I scrog the shit out of 6 plants in it. I almost always pull 3lbs. Consistently. With 6 plants. Using a 1000w hps and 600w mh. So ROUGHLY 1g/w.

Curious to see if different growing styles yield more than 1g/w? What do you guys have going? What are you pulling?
Blessed brothers & sisters! Happy growing!

I don't keep track of it like I used to but my best was something like 1.7 grams per watt. It was 4 auto flower plants that yielded just over 18 ounces under 300 watts of cob LEDs. No training and they were in 3 gallons of organic amended soil each. I usually am in the 1-1.3 range but have a newer and more powerful light I'm just trying out so I'll see if it changes much.
Your yield sounds really good and 3 pounds is a great harvest! I'm limited to 4 plants so I try to shoot for 4 ounces each plant as a benchmark in my 4x4 tent so I'd be like 2-2.5 pounds in a 4x8 if I just scaled it up.

Grams per watt is meaningless because it doesnt take into account how long you are vegging. If you are scrogging your plants in your flower room are you still vegging them after you move them in there or just scrogging them during their stretch?

People will tell you they get 2g per watt but they veg for 2 months and only get 2 harvests a year whereas someone with their clone, veg and flower game on point will get 1g/w but harvest 5 times per year. I know which one I prefer.

Yup and some people don’t lollipop at all and trim every last little tiny peice of larf to get their numbers up.

Yeah forsure man i understand, a bit more info.. I typically go roughly 4 weeks veg (give or take), from the time I plant the seed (I sprout in a aerogarden. Fuckers rooted/sprouted and ready to plant in 3-5 days. They go directly into like 1.5/2 gal pots and veg for the remainder of the 4ish weeks. I drill holes at the tops of my pots and use a roll of twisty tie material n tie them down. Basically lst training them from the jump. They bush out and then go onto flower. With a proper scrog net.

I have hit 1g per watt in the past. My last big grow just shy of 20oz and that is more weed than I smoke in a year. As long as it is nice smoke I am always happy with what I get.

I have a few finishing now. I doubt I'll get 1g per watt from them, as due to various circumstances beyond my control, they weren't vegged well or trained well.

I am going all out on my next grow. I should happily get 1g per watt.

Dunno. We have a 4 plant limit. Before I was growing one plant per tent (5 sq. ft) and vegging for 2 months, now I am growing 2 plants per tent and vegging for 1 month. This is harvest every 5-6 weeks irrespectively and I usually get 8-10oz per tent under 250W which is right around 1g/W. I have run the same tents at 400W and was getting 12-14oz, again fairly close to 1g/W.

The kicker is that it doesn't even matter whether I grow one plant or two per tent - it still takes the same amount of veg to fill the space.

I can understand wanting to get the most out of your setup, but I find it pointless to keep track of GPW.

If you are growing larger amounts you will spend more time trimming then scaling, by the time you are done trimming, you dont want to see that canna for a while after anyways..

Maybe Im different but I myself have more then I can smoke and it seems pointless to even scale anymore.
