Happy Birthday Doc!! I'm 62. Indoor growing for 32 years or so. My older brother started me on my first high experience with Blond Lebanese hash when I was 11.

Back in the day..........great acid, trippy weed, Thai, Colombo, Black Vietnamese from older friends, good times.
There was a cure for most stds but never got one myself. Best music that was ever made and will stand the test of time was in our day.

What interests me now is vert growing, which I learned here at RIU from the vert forum, lol. And quantum boards.
Also interested in why (some) cannabis with less thc can get you feeling better than higher thc strains that have been bred to death lol.

I know exactly what you're talking about!
It seems like strains are becoming more complex every year.

Got two strains that might be great together?
Rather than create a new hybrid strain, why not just grow both & blend them later?
I do it all the time with new batches of joints.

Today I'll be rolling afgooey + purple doja + skunk. :eyesmoke:

5 old guys, hmm, 65 and looking forward to receiving money, SS, from US Government in July. I have been paying tax for 50 years, but no SS for a paperboy. 1971 and a bag weed from Vietnam 4 fingers, $15. Stopped in 1987. Started using MMJ again 9 years ago when arthritis started kicking my ass. Man that stuff is expensive to use.

Growing in outdoor shed at night in SoCal for almost two years. Upgrade in July to add 20 amps and air conditioning.

My B-day is next week...I'm a few years behind you.
I started growing in my teens in the swamps of Florida-it was just a lark back then. Fast forward to 3 years ago and I'm looking for a replacement to all of the opiates I have to take to manage all of the trauma I've done to my body over the last 40 years. MMJ is all I have access to now and I'm grateful that I found it again-gave me a life again.

Actually used the damn thing ..... Now it's collectible .....*face palm .

Listening to Sister Mary Elephant ( make a good strain name LOL ) and laughing like an idiot.

Ah , those DIME BAGS of twigs and rough shake. ........... Good times.
Plus paper tabs of goofy didn't make me see snakes ... No acid trip.

Bell bottoms, concert t-shirts and earth shoes. Fridays were exciting as fuck. Bubble gum and kissing girls at the skating rink. Hiding hickeys from your parents. Budweiser and seedy Mexican. Cold cereal and cartoons on Saturday mornings. A trip to 7-11 for a icee was something special. The marathon bar was epic!!! Jaws was on at theatre for 6 months straight. Cut off jeans, canvas converse and black lights. Monday night football. Howard Cosell, Bruce Lee,Muhammad Ali, The Six Million Dollar Man, Love Boat and Fantasy Island. THE PLANE ! THE PLANE !
