I'm a dedicated Libertarian. Both parties is way too far left for me so I pick out the lesser of the evils which is the Republicans. I will vote for a democrat when hell freezes over. I am in love with Sarah Palin..blush blush. Hope she picks a good running mate so we can give Prez Osama his walking papers. Surely him and Nancy Polosei and that goober gobbling Barney Frank can't wreck a whole country in just a few years.

Sorry, constitutionalists are right wing.
Wrong, sorry.
Id would be safe to assume Dick Cheney is a leading Conservative right?

And we all know how much respect that he has for the Constitution or the Bill of Rights.:spew:

Neither document cares about political party or philosophy, they stand on their own.

Im just glad I am able to see the facts/ideas and be able to make a judgement either way on my own. I need no party to tell me how to vote.

i guess if i love freedom

im right wing

if i quote the constitution im a "right wing extremist"

this is what america is coming to

the enslaved and the refused to be enslaved

the latter group of people is now being dubbed political enemies, "terrorists" even according to the DHS report on RWE

did you know the department of defenses teaches its employees that

"protesting is a low level form of terrorism"

Well I don't see what Dick Cheney has to do with anything. ANd I guess the constitution is up for interpretation, which leaves a lot of room for opposing ideas, however...constitutionalists, like Ron Paul for example, are for the most part right wing. The Constitution party, which I voted for in the last election btw, is clearly right wing. Constitutionalism is often closely associated with libertarianims, which is of course, right wing.

I never said you are a terrorist, or extremist...but you are, indeed, right wing.

you didnt, the department of homeland security did

did you know that these people are classified as the highests threats to america?

"people who frequently cite the bill of rights

people who oppose open borders

Pro Lifers

Returning veterans"

this is all in the DHS report on right wing extremism... Google it

why the fuck are these groups (and many, many more, and much, much broader qualifiers) classified as threats to america...

this is why i am afraid of my government

when they label me as a terrorist i get worried

also when they establish a no judge no jury NO FLY LIST

which brings me to my favorite quote of all time, by the secretary of defense i think it was (could be mistaken)

"if you are on the no fly list, which you are known as maybe a possible terrorist, you dont deserve the right to own guns in america"

this is why i question my government... why the hell are they doing things like this

If you believe in minimal government power, then you are a conservative, as in right wing. Sorry to burst your bubble. I don't see what the big deal is?
Sorry to burst your bubble, but you've been lied to. Labels and names are created to pit people against each other. Does it matter what party you belong to if your votes don't count? Does it matter what party we are when we are all being pimped by the banks?

I've been lied to about what? Well, regardless of whether your votes count, the political spectrum is still a great way of categorizng political beliefs...Now you can choose to disregard it, I suppose, but it doesnt change the fact that you fall somewhere on it.

I am for less/smaller government, so I'm a conservative right wing fanatic, but I could be persuaded to vote libertarian.

I wonder how many so called "lefties" even know what their party stands for?
Second this. I fancy myself a libertarian, but I certainly lean right. I am actually suprised to see how many people on this website agree with my politics. When i first clicked the "politics" section I braced myself for an onslaught of anti bush tyrades, 9/11 conspiracy bullshit, and other communist anti-american topics. I was pleasantly surpised to see that I am not the only person on here who thinks the way I do. I'm just hoping that when the reality of the current situation hits, people stop mindlessly blaming Bush for every problem in existance, and the obama worship subsides, more people will wake up and smell the coffee. :peace: In b4 "this poll sucks" because the bars are too close together for the lefties comfort.

I think this might be this first time i agree with you :hump:.

Fellow Constitutionist... we are right wing on the spectrum. It's okay to get labeled this one time :)

So you don't care if your vote counts, you just want to categorize people and argue with them if they don't have the same views as you.

Please elaborate, I did not label anyone in particular and just because my personal opinion/views differ from yours does not mean I do not know what I am talking about. The "don't know what your talking about" defense is typical and predictable. If you hate your government, then go find a place to live where you and your government can enjoy each others company together in peace and harmony. I hear Haiti is nice.. that "socialism" thing is big over in europe, maybe you'd enjoy yourself more there. The middle east is also a wonderful place to live in comparison to our evil US government. I for one do not like the government intruding upon any aspect of my personal life, and the lefties have a tendency to be a tad bit too nosey when it comes to what we are allowed to say and do in both public and the privacy of our own homes.
