Who's Gonna Win the NBA Finals This Year?

This sucks... odds are certainly against LA, but still very very possible. They made the line this thin... now they have to walk it. We'll see what happens in Dallas, I hate Mark Cuban as well, so this really sucks. Even if he doesn't win the Finals with Dallas, he will still savor this series as if it were the Finals (assuming they pull through) but let's hope not.

this series is over, artest is going to be suspended after that cheap shot..not smart when you need him to win 2 road games

Please that old man still has game left in the tank. He's just 25+ min. man anymore he comes into this boston series i think we will see a difference with him on the court. He's a winner.

Man dwight would be great but they can't pull that off i don't think. Maybe they should get rid of fisher and artest. Barnes wasn't a very good acquisition either IMHO.

It's going to take a powerhouse to compete with the heat in the future, the longer they stay together the better they will get as a team.

sure they can pull that off..i think the lakers are the front runner..then the bulls..both teams can move salaries to make room for him...he is done in orlando and does not like vangundy

howard can opt out of his deal at the end of next season...everyone close to him thinks he will..orlando will trade him and get something before they get nothing for him when he opts out after the season...by mid season dwight will be on another team..not sure he will stay with that team but they will have the best chance to ink him a max deal.very similiar what carmelo just did denver-n.y.

Just watching Miami and how they're able to win it effortlessly has me convince that they will probably win it all.. I by no means am a Heat fan it's obvious that they can go all the way... There is still hope for my Atlanta Hawks, but in reality it's the Heat going to the Finals which sucks, lol.....

hawks = longshot ..my bulls got em right where they want em...the bulls can take the heat this year..3-0 in reg season against them..but i agree the longer they stay together the better the heat will be, next year they will make a few moves and improve that bench and they will probably be the team to beat

Shaq is done... has been for awhile. Sorry to be so blunt.

I think Chicago can pull away in the Hawks series.
Idk about Grizzlies/Thunder.

If LA doesn't win in Dallas game 3, they're done... but I still have hope they can turn it around. They are a team that is known for going on long slumps then coming back to win 17 of 18 games a few days later, as we saw throughout this season. Never count LA out till they're out. Kobe will do everything in his power to make sure they win game 3, if he pulls it off, the momentum of winning in Dallas, mixed with all the positive media-feedback they will get, they can easily go into Game 4 & even the series going to LA. Assuming this all did happen, which is very possible... imagine the momentum they will have coming home, regaining home court.

I think Miami is playing good because Boston is playing bad. Just like Dallas is playing good because LA is playing bad. Boston & LA don't look like themselves AT ALL. Therefore, it is making the teams that are beating them look greater. Think about it... Miami isn't putting up any amazing numbers out of the normal... neither is Dallas... but LA/Boston are putting up worse numbers then usual. I wouldn't get happy about Miami yet.

It's crucial Miami wins this season... because of the media pre-season & because of the market increase it'll give Miami. If Miami doesn't win this year, an possibly next year... that team will break up. The salaries they are on, THEY HAVE TO WIN - other wise - it's not worth playing for those salaries. They took a cut in pay to win, if they don't win then the Miami franchise doesn't win. When the franchise doesn't win, profits go down, profits go down, you start to cut or trade stars or those stars start demanding it.

IMHO Miami needs to win this Finals more then any other team in it this season. Boston would be 2nd, they need to show they are still contenders, LA can lose... because they've won the past 2, it's expected. Grizzlies don't have to, Chicago doesn't but it would be nice for Rose having won MVP. Dallas doesn't because they're use to not winning it, so it's nothing new & Atlanta... who cares.

If the Mavericks can pull out a sweep against the defending champion lakers, I hate to say it but the Mavs can win it all!!!
