Whole plant was ate by deer! Can i do anything now?

My plant was doing so good and one day i went to check on it and it was gone only a stem is left. I checked it out the next day and noticed the buds and some new leaves started to grow. Do you think it produce anything by the end of season or will it die.

I hope you planted more than one.

Next year, piss around (not on) your plants. Keeps the deer away. That plant's toast.

Make a shelter next time out of metal poles and plastic wrap it will deter the deer.

But attract humans. Deer don't throw your ass in prison.

You can go shoot the deer. That's about all you can do.

If a guerilla grow, I doubt contraptions or leaving trails to piss regularly will work out.

The contraptions work but will make it pretty obvious from the air what your doing.

I would always pee around it when i go back and it worked fine until now. Oh well there is always next year.

as long as the main stem isnt broken it will still live..i doubt it will produce anything tho bc all its limbs are ate off..next year all u need to do is get some chicken wire and put around ur plants..i gurrella grow all mine and use wires around them all works fine..not only do i have tons of deer here i got racoons,groundhogs,opposums that will damage the crop if u dont have wire around them..i also paint my wire black and brown to help camo it inside the hills..i hope u planted more then just 1 plant anyways..i dont think the piss thing really works..the only sure way to keep critters out is chicken wire

This was my first grow so i only planted one just to learn the ropes. I already have 10 or so more seeds ready to be planted next year.

You could follow the deer around with a Baggie.

Everyone says this but it doesn't work. i know plenty who have tried (including myself) and when the deer get hungry in the late summer/fall, they'll eat it even with wolf piss drenching the entire area. If you don't want them to eat it you NEED a barrier. If you don't believe just try it, but id put barriers around any you want to keep.

exactly my experience as well..u got other things like raccons,ground hogs and opposums that could have did it as well and they dont care about piss either when hungry..ive never did the piss around plant things personally bc i just used chicken wire to make sure they couldnt get to mine..i only got 1 season to get enuff bud to last me till next season so i didnt want to take a chance on a what if scerino

i live in der country. i just looked out my window and there is 3 sleeping in my yard... deer will not eat it if there is other green plants. so as long as your planting after they green up in spring your fine.... that was not a deer... that was something else....

i see the track but that doesnt mean that eat your plant... they bit they dont break branchs. my guess was a ground hog they will pull a plant over to eat them... also mulch the ground some aniamls like open ground to dust them slef like turkeys. they will break ever branch with there wings making dust
