Who wants to play this fun guessing game? (pics) what's going on here?

First off, I did mention in the title that this is a GAME. The reason I posted this thread knowing the answer was to see how much bullshit answers I could get from people who don't know what their talking about. Low an behold, you are one of them, and one of the biggest might I add, which makes me one hell of a fisherman. No, I do not have a heat problem, I run only one 400w MH in a very well ventilated room with 10 foot ceiling and I only have 3 plants. Moisture levels never exceed 65. Neem oil does not get rid of spider mites, but it works great in prevented them and I spray once a week and I never had a spider mite problem again. Also, I spray when lights are off and all water from the leaves evaporate before lights on, because I do not have high humidity, you mentioned I did and I don't even know how you know without asking me what my meter says. I am using mylar!!! I'm not using tin foil like you mentioned. Now if you want MY honest advice, stop pretending to be a veteran grower as you mention and get off of this forum. You and many others who have no idea what they're talking about spread their bullshit analysis and your so sure of yourselves it makes me sick. It was a nute deficiency, and nothing else. I fed my plants and they bounced back. You assumed a lot of things just looking at these pics, and you never even asked me one question, like: "hey, are you using tin foil?" or "perhaps it could be a humidity issue, what does your psychrometer read?" You just assume and went off on a rant about it. You are not helping anyone with their grow, if anything you are destroying grows by providing assumptions and being so sure of yourself. So I suggest you begin to ask questions rather than answer them junior, because you have a lot to learn.

Once again, your right. I was 90% sure it was underfeeding, and I was trying to have a discussion about it here while I waited to see the results.

Calicko, I also show a healthy plant in the same room, why is it that that particular plant was not affected by your assumed problems?

I almost thought it was ph, but I had only fed them tap water at this point, and being surrounded by glaciers its hard for me to think that my tap water has a ph problem, even though I do not have a ph test kit. I do have one, but its shit.

I do agree with you about this matter, however...my plants are about a month old and have only been fed tap water with a good ph. In this case can one assume that it could be a ph problem?

Yes if the soil is peat based and was not amended with lime of some kind by either you or the manufactures. Also damp conditions provide better conditions for acidity to form in the soil so a soil with good drainage seems to hold pH better, also organic ferts seem to be more forgiving and less acidic than chemical ferts. Tap water needs to have some cal/mag in it which most do but here where i live it is low and the water always reads under 50ppm so i have to add a small amount of cal/mag (which helps buffer pH) to the water before adding to the soil.

You live in the Netherlands and you cant grow weed!!!! Shame on you!

Dont fish for problems with people dude. Peace

Americans showed the Dutch how to grow weed properly, and the Canadians perfected it. Remember, cannabis is not indigenous to Holland.

Where do I mention that I can't grow weed? Why do you say I'm fishing for problems? Making comments like that seems to me your the one fishing...

Not completely true. Right here it the SW part of the Mitten we produce more annuals/bedding plants per year than any nation. Even got tulips galore by the lakeside in early summer.

I see them as world leaders and that is the way they are portrayed, i saw a big difference in plants visiting both countries and also their crime rate reoffending rate, cleanliness and kindness makes me want their tulips.

Besides that i see their ferts and soils as far better, they have invented the most productive lights and the list goes on. I'm not knocking the americans but their not as passionate about it and more on quantity.

This would be my veiw and i guess a lot of europeans, one thing i never see in the supermarkets is veg or fruit from the USA, i get mexican, egyptian, australian, most of our wheat is European or British.

Why dont i get your fruit and veg here? I get veg from futher away? Peace

So you feel the need to add crime and fruit, ok. Cant really speak of those genetics. As far as weed goes where do you think the Dutch attained much of their original breeding stock they work with today?

Sure seems like there are many european countries above the USA on the list when it comes to crime rates per capita.

Ah yer, we get spanish oranges all the time, never american. And about the crime it just gose to show that the country has got a lot going for it, they kinda do a lot of things right including plants.

Anyway why go off topic so much, i dont get much chance to try much american grow products or produce and the stuff definatly isn't big over here but i suppose you dont get many products from my country.

All i hear about on here is fox farms and ocean forest for soil and nutes, is that like the main two brands for the whole country?

Good fyi, i never knew this, thought it was too different brands, what make these so special that most use them?
Honestly I couldn't tell you... I am currently using the ffof just because how popular it is on this site, but I will consider other soils when this runs out... It seems to work great, but is heavy on the wallet...
