Have you checked your blood pressure when you smoke? Smoking has been known to raise blood pressure and an elevated blood pressure can cause you to sweat.

Also holding your breath can raise your blood pressure all on its own, let alone holding a hit in. I never said weed raises blood pressure but I'm sure you knew that.
Do you take your b/p or assume based on sweating. Sweating is also caused by hypotension. Which could be what the OP is experiencing. There's also something called a paradoxical reaction. Your experience could be that too.

If you are so unfit three seconds causes you a vasoconstriction response you probably are too medically fragile to be smoking pot at all.
