I was just wondering for Colorado and Washington for instance. Can home growers get a license to supply smoke shops and dispensaries? Or will the government find a way of supplying? Wouldn't most people rather smoke their homegrown? Just a bit clueless on how this works.

Thanks.

Wondering the same thing....my BIG question IS>>>> : DO I wanna smoke "natural" medicine...NOW from a plant or factory, versus from my own 2 hands...Sorry, But I probably cant... Washington I think isnt allowing for people to grow their own..( not talking medicinal). Colorado is 6 plants, with no more than 3 in flower.....OK so just veg for 3-6 months...Get 5 LB plants..lol... Im on East coast tho...sucks for me...But then again...maybe not...Legal sounds all great to most...But if the government forbids us to grow our own....and legalizes it...that means we are forced to smoke what ever they "Feds" decide to sell us...or We continue to keep our black market... Legal can be a GREAT thing....Can also be a BAD thing....depending on what agreements come about in the next few months..State, and Federal level..

Not being able to grow your own would suck. Why should we be forced to smoke the Government's shit, when my shit is better and I can grow it myself. Give me some God damn freedom would you please. When you take a look at alcohol, I don't see too many folks making their own beer. They drink what the government gives them. They are afraid of home growers like me given the opportunity and wouldn't that be a great job growing to supply shops n stuff. But no no, government won't have that.

In WA the State will not license home grow operations. It iwll have to be a commercial grow in a commercial zoned area, with business license, grow license...I am just wondering what the best organizational structure will be, sole proprietorship or LLC?

Can a person with felonies for growing get a license to grow in either state? I bet not, so that keeps me out. I'm not changing a fucking thing, if anything I'm raising my prices at this point. Al these people who buy their smoke that are drooling thinking that we'll have to drop our prices can go smoke fuck as far as I'm concerned. I'm in texas the cops already have a dragnet on US 287 which is the road you would come in on coming from Colorado so I expect they'll double down out there and nothing is getting through that way. I bet you won't be able to get a package mailed out of Colorado without it getting searched. So fuck that shit the price goes up now bitches.

Please learn to use periods correctly. It is annoying and hard to read what you are saying. It also makes me take you more seriously.

But otherwise I do agree for the most part. I don't think the feds can change what weed people can smoke or regulate it as there are too many people smoking,
