I have to say every business owner I've spoken to the last 6 months are busier than they have ever been.
If you want a house built then join the 2 year waiting list.
House prices have seen a 12% rise around my area in the last 12 months.
The only business that have seen a down turn are those who rely on interstate or International tourism and that's to be expected and even those have not suffered as badly as first thought as locals have been holidaying in the state.
Lots of people are riding the covid wave, me included. My business income didn't change but the 19k the fed gov gave me in stimulus $ last financial year was wonderful.
