THERE IS SEVERAL REASONS BSHO ISNT A GOOD SOLVENT OF CHOICE WHEN IT COMES TO EXTRACTING ESSENTIAL COMPOUNDS OF INTEREST. FIRST, BUTANE IS DERIVED FROM CRUDE OIL. N-BUTANE DOESNT MEAN NASTY, IT MEANS NORMAL. ISOBUTANE IS MUCH CLEANER, BUT THERE IS REALLY NO PAYOUT USING SOMETHING CLEANER AS IT WONT YIELD MORE. IT SURE DOES COST ALOT MORE THAN N-BUTANE. SECOND IS RESIDUES IT LEAVES BEHIND. THERE ISNT A TRUE TOTAL EVAPORATION , BUT NOT AS CLEAN AS ISOBUTANE WHICH LEAVES LESS THAN N-BUTANE, THE RISKS FROM FIRES ISNT WORTH THE HAIR ON MY FACE, NOR IS THE OIL WORTH BURNING ANY HOUSE DOWN OR THREATENING ANY NEIGHBORS FOR SOMETHING THATS KNOWN FIRE HAZARDS. ASIDE FROM BEING DANGEROUS PROCEDURE, THE TANE IS SPIKED W MERCAPITANS, EHANOLIOL, OR EtSH, WHICH HAS WON SMELLIEST SUBSTANCE KNOWN TO MAN 2000 GUINESS BOOK. THERE IS MANY OTHER REASONS I DEEMED IT ONE OF THE LESSER FAVORITE SOLVENTS OF CHOICE AND YIELD HAS ITS TURN AT A RAG. I ONLY YIELDED FILM W BUTANE. ONE CAN MAY YIELD A DAB, BUT GOOD LUCK SCRAPING THE CONTAINER FOR THAT. THE NEXT IS COST. AT APPROXIMATELY 3-6 TIMES THE COST OF CO2, DOLLAR PER DOLLAR EXTRACTIONS EQUALIVANTS WILL SHOW HOW MUCH MORE THAN BUTANE IT YIELDS. IN FACT I TOLD A BUDDY OF MINE WHAT YOU DO W THE STUFF AFTER YOU EXTRACT W BUTANE, HE SAID TOSS IT. NOW HES GOING TO GIVE ME HIS EXHUASTED BUTANE MATRIX AND IM GOING TO SEE WHAT KIND OF YIELD I CAN GET BACK FROM THAT TRASH. LOSING PRETTY BAD, BSHO GETS SMACKED DOWN W TASTE. SPICEY THROAT AINT HAPPENING W CO2. IT DOESNT MAKE ME FIEND ANOTHER HIT EITHER, MORE SATISFYING DAB. THERE ARE OTHER REASONS I WILL ADD TO IT BUT HERE ARE SOME MORE IMPORTANT FACTORS ON WHY I SAY BUTANES NASTY BUT THATS THE JIST OF IT.1331820141397.jpg

No offense, but I gave up reading after 2 sentences. It's just too hard to read one giant paragraph in all caps.

Bro we're tired of hearing these long ass shpeels. You say the same thing over and over and over. I stopped reading after this part because this is COMPLETELY false. You have zero background in chemistry and have no clue what the fuck you're doing when it comes down to the scientific and molecular side of things. I don't understand what makes you think iso-butane is cleaner than n-butane. You really need to find some sources my man because you make some far out claims.

sorry g, wanted to give ya the benefit of the doubt, but isotane better than ntane? uhhh..not sure on that one..i agree that it sounds like you have read much, and you may even have a device that works, but it seems like much of what you post is similar, just reworded to get maximum intel illusion...lol

sure dude, thats even easier to read...lol i dont give a shit how big someone wants to post, as long as what theyre saying makes sense, and obviously theres a pretty big difference between caps lock and changing your font size to 40.

sorry it just doesnt annoy me...and believe me i can nitpick with the best of em...just really really doesnt seem to bother me at all...its text, i read it..then think about it..i dont really spend much time thinking about how it looked written..again, i guess its just me, as i seem to be the exception to this rule..most people always seem to be sqwaking about that one...

thanks for taking up a whole post though with that!!

Well capitalization and the way things written obviously do matter. Is english your first language? Not that it really matters just curious. Walls of text, and capitalizing every word annoys most english speaking people.

Word and letter shapes are some of the things that helps us read without effort. All caps possibly removes a large amount of information that our brains use to process words. The actual science and the reasons why is debatable but there is no question that for most people it reading speed is slower for a block of text printed all uppercase compared to normal mixed case. It is also annoying and is considered yelling.

... i never capitalize the first letter of my sentences when i type on a forum, although i do separate with appropriate comma's and periods, well, not even periods the right way either as i tend to do this at the end of a sentence .........
wonder if that's hard to read as well?? never get any complaints... :)

Absolutely untrue. Unless you have evidence to back this up, please stop spouting lies. Isobutane, technically 2-methylpropane is an isomer of butane, and are both C4H10, same atoms, different configuration.
Cleanliness is a product of the distillation process and you have no way of knowing which product is 'cleaner' based on which isomer is used. A product like Vector 5x filtered is going to be cleaner than cheaper ones like Zippo and looking at their MSDS sheet-- http://www.vectorkgm.com/catalog/butane/Vector_Gas_MSDS.pdf --there is no evidence that they have added mercaptans which are not a by-product of refinement but added to help detect leaks.

Unless you have some actual evidence to support your claims you need to STFU.
